The analyst veteran trait Collaborator II appears to have a typo in its sector effects. Instead providing half its planet bonus to the secotr (which would be 3.75% research from jobs), it provides 10 times that amount, at 37.5%.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Level up analyst leader and select the collaborator trait
