Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Communication and government screens do not display Hive Worlds properly.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start the game as a Hive Mind and change the hive capital into a Hive World. Check the government view or switch to another empire and communicate with the Hive Mind
