I cant modify an uplifted species.

What expansions do you have installed?
Plantoids, Humanoids, Synthetic Dawn, Utopia, Leviathans Story Pack, Apocalypse, Megacorp, Distant Stars, Ancient Relics, Lithoids, Federations, Necroids, Nemesis, Aquatics, Overlord, Toxoids, Galactic Paragons

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After uplifting, then assimilating (I'm cybernetic) I cant modify the species that have been uplifted.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Uplift a pre-sapient
assimilate them
Fail to genetically or cybernetically modify them, since I get no options to choose from

After uplifting as overtuned origin empire, uplifted species show no possible traits to choose from.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start as genesis guides empire with overtuned origin
Uplift a pre-sapient
Fail to modify them as there are no traits to choose from

I have experienced the same issue, both as Overtuned origin + Genesis Guides, and as Individualist Machines.
