Killing dragon from "here be dragons" with "Cordyceptic Drones" doesnt ressurect him

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Killing dragon from here be dragons with Cordyceptic Drones results in event that allows it to be resurrected, the problem is, once the event finishes I do not get the dragon. There is no other message other then "event has been concluded". On youtube it shows it should trigger "sky dragon reanimated" event. But it does not. I tried to kill the other dragon, the shard and resurrecting him works correctly. It the dragon from the origin that I cannot ressurect as he just doesn't spawn.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Kill the dragon, select "send the drones" finish dragon resurrection. Once the event finishes, nothing happens,
