Hello,
unfortunately I get the Error: "launching game failed" when I try to launch the game from the steam launcher.
Game used to work on my PC, but now it doesn't, it's been a while though since I last started it.
What I've tried so far:
- Clean reinstall (deleting folder in documtents. The folder in steam/common was already deleted when I deleted it through the steam app.)
- Verifying files through Steam
- Launching in borderless fullscreen
- deleting all mods and launching without any mods subscribed or in the playset
- launching the stellaris.exe in common/stellaris as adminsitrator (game doesn't launch, the logitech app that automaticly changes my mouse speed when I'm in a game detects that a game started, though, then it reverts mouse back to normal speed (also does it for launching through stellaris launcher))
- Setting exception for stellaris.exe on my windows defender fw (don't use any other antivirus)

I do not have a settings.txt in my documents/paradox/stellaris folder and no logs folder.
