Lithoid Hive Menial Workers with Radiotrophic trait add 0.5 to the upkeep rather than subtract 0.5

This is only affecting Menial Workers, Complex Workers are fine

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start a game using a Lithoid Hive Build using the Radiotrophic trait.
