Machine Empire leader gets Entrepreneur trait

No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When I started a new game as a a Machine Empire, the leader on my homeworld has the Entrepreneur trait, creating Artisan jobs. I was not a Rogue Servitor, so have no need for Consumer Goods, and really should have no comprehension or understanding of them.
