The Industrial Maintenance edict gained from the Synchronicity tradition tree is not updated and does nothing. Industrial Districts don't exist anymore neither do Maintenance Drone jobs as they're the machine "civilian" strata now
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Pick Machine Intelligence, finish Synchronicity tradition tree.
