I have just recently run into this problem. I launch Stellaris and only a sliver loads. I have audio, but the load never happens. I was just playing the game yesterday perfectly fine. I saw other posts on these issues and have collected the logs and settings asked for previously. I am wondering if someone can help me out and fix this problem. I have already uninstalled and deleted all filed in document for paradox and stellaris in steam apps. I have also added stellaris.exe to the allowed apps in the ransomware.

You have a problem with your nVidia driver or card:
- reboot
- install their latest from here https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
- reboot again
