Perdition beam and titan lance(for FEs) Not classified as energy weapons. Preventing them from being affected by repeatables

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The perdition beam(for both titans and ion cannons) and the fallen empire titan lance are not considered energy weapons in game. Meaning energy weapon repeatable don't affect them. This is caused by 00_weapons_extra_large.txt missing a few lines for the perdition beam, ion cannon perdition beam and the titan lance that would tag them as energy weapons. I have created a fix for this. If you want you can literally just go to my github and replace the game's 00_weapons_extra_large.txt with the one i have there. I give the devs full permission to use my fix. No need to give credit. All i had to do is change a few lines of the file. But with my trash modding skills i had to override the entire file. But this means you can literally just replace 00_weapons_extra_large.txt with my version and you should be fine. https://github.com/Colonizor48/TitanFix/tree/main/common/component_templates. Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Build a titan with only the perdition beam and nothing else.
2. Use commands to give yourself more repeatable for energy weapons.
3. Notice the fleet power doesn't go up.

Whether its a bug or an intended feature, it honestly doesn't make sense - graphically they are obviously energy weapons, so they really ought to be classified as energy weapons.
