Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Following the successful conclusion of the situation, the situation and with it the energy upkeep are not removed properly. Upon investigation of related events and the situation the "destroy_situation" effect appears missing in both, resulting in the "phantom" situation.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Due to the nature of gaining this event normally, instead of the normal method, console commands to force it will be used in the steps below.
Step 1, use console command "event colony.9810"
Step 2, choose any approach when it comes to dealing with the Beta Universe
Step 3, on completion or failing of the situation, it will not disappear
