Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I was building a deep space citadel and my neighbouring devouring swarm declared war on me. I finished building it and right afterwards they came into the system and took over the deep space citadel. Afterwards they gunned for the normal starbase bastion I had in the same system and lost. Afterwards I proposed a Status Quo to which they agreed, but the deep space citadel was still owned by them in my still owned system.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Have warring empire take your deep sapce citadel.
Don't have them take the rest of the system.
Declare Status Quo
They still keep it

I hope that's a feature, that would be so cool!! if it is intended behavior, then it should warn you that a status quo will cause you to lose control of it when you propose peace in my opinion.
