Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Hi all,
My fleets will be uncloaked in systems with a non-existent detection strength.
This happens in some empires, but not in all.
My fleets has a cloaking strength of High (4).
But I also have the "Other Science Ship" with cloaking strength exceptional (grade 3).
It will also be uncloaked.
I always play with cloaked fleets, but this hasn't happen in other games.
I play as a devouring wilderness and I am in war.

Dear all,
I located the problem and it is not a bug.
I used the console to check what the other empires are doing to see my cloaked fleets.
I noticed that some empires see all my fleets.
=> Espionage
The current intel is at 99!
They know everything about my empire.
Therefore they can see all my feets, also my cloaked fleets.

Therefore no bug.
