Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Playing evolutionary predator devouring swarm year 2384 - completed ring world segments and have now built genomic research facility, clone vats and spawning pool a number of times over - they just don't build. I saved to go check version and the last save lost a bit of progress where it actually bugged out and the core city district section just disappeared and the specialization available UI bugged out as well. The photo shows just after i build a genomics lab for what should have been the 2nd time
Steps to reproduce the issue.
not really sure the exact steps that got me here. Can share save file if beneficial (Voracious Bebakian Host 18 - for my own reference to find later if save file is required).
