When you pick the Organic Retrofitting Civic alongside the Rogue Servitor civic, the Artisan Drones don't take food as upkeep instead they still consume minerals.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Pick the 2 Civics: Rogue Servitor and Organic Retrofitting.
