Save game doesnt load the galaxy

Game Version
Cepheus v3.4.3 (9d15)

What version do you use?
(DID NOT ANSWER QUESTION)

What expansions do you have installed?
all

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Ironmen Save start with no planets no pops no galaxxy etc. (only the galaxy date is correct and working)
i attached screen shots and the save file

Steps to reproduce the issue.
its every load of the save game i restart stellaris and my PC still the same
