Sign of the visitor event stalled permanently

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I don't know why but the Sign of the Visitor even I had of the shroudwalker enclave just stalled and does not progress after it filled the bar, keeping the situation there stuck forever.
Also an Age of darkness which is another from the shorudalkwer NEVER dissapears. I don't know if that's intended.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Have some kind of Sign of the visitor.
