Some window sliders don't work

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Some of the window sliders just don't work at all, instead the list gets reset to the top, which is rather inconvenient while scrolling down a long list of items.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Use the scroll bars at the right side of lists that have a window scroll bar.
