Playing as Megacorp when status quo a war of subjugation, the newly create empire that became your subsidiary is a megacorp instead of normal empire with oligarchy authority like releasing vassal is.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Playing as Megacorp then waging a war of subjugation, occupied some planets and status quo out.
