Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After firing up the saved game, I began to notice that my resources were dropping too much. I checked one planet and found that I had little population on it. I checked the others with the rest of the galaxy and instead of 8700 population, I now have 87 (so less than one population = 100). There is no one to fill the positions (the main planet suddenly had over 5000 vacancies).I play as “Wilderness.” Interestingly (I don't know if it was supposed to be like this) from the very beginning of the game as a “Wilderness” no new populations were created for me. I built a building and it was immediately staffed with max workers. In this game I never had any vacancies. Is this correct?

Steps to reproduce the issue.
I don't know. Uploading a save does not restore the changes.
