Description
Stellaris Dick/Nemesis 3.0.3 - Starbase mislabelling

Game Version
3.0.3

What version do you use?
Steam

What expansions do you have installed?

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
All my starbases are being labeled as Shipyards, even though none of them are equipped with Shipyards now that I have a Mega Shipyard and all of them should be labelled Bastions. This seems to be interfering with my ability to reinforce my fleets as I must build the ships manually, even with said Mega Shipyard.

Note, before the Mega Shipyard, I only ever had one Shipyard.

Note, this is an old save from 3.0.2, and the bug only came when I upgraded to the beta.

Curiously, my brother's game does not experience this issue, despite also being an old save. Note, he builds more shipyards than I do.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
