Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The synaptic lathe doesn't work properly, pops with synaptic lathe purging go escape from it and arrive as refuges on itself, most of the pops are bugged producing energy instead of science etc...

I didn't do much to reproduce it, machine empire, virtuality, made the synaptic lathe and conquered a normal empire.

Tried to move them and it started bugging both the UI and the functionality of it.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
-Machine Empire
-Virtuality
-Cosmogenesis
-Make Synaptic Lathe
-Put biological pops there, as slaves or undesirables.

I'm dealing with this too. If you open the Resettle dialog there's clearly something weird going on as the pops' job is flipping back and forth every in-game day.
