The admiral from the Promising Officer EVENT does not have the special traits of your species from Utopia (for example when your entire species is Psychic, the admiral comes in without the psychic trait)

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The admiral from the Promising Officer EVENT does not have the special traits of your species from Utopia (for example when your entire species is Psychic, the admiral comes in without the psychic trait). This bug has been around for ages, and it's still not fixed. It's really fking annoying. I do not have any mods that would impact this.

Please fix this already. I wouldn't complain about it if it hasn't been around FOREVER.

The save file attached will not help much, you can repro this with any ascended empire.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Ascend your empire species with Utopia pack (for example ascend them to being Psychic)
2. Start a war and keep fighting until you get Promising officer event
3. Check the officer in the leader tab and see that it does not have your species ascended trait (for example psychic)

Looks like this is supposed to be fixed in a couple days in the next update!

* Fixed event-spawned leaders lacking certain traits they should have had from their species' characteristics, such as Psionic and Erudite.
