Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Since 4.0.4 and 4.0.5, the game no longer launches.
When I click the "Play" button in Steam, it says it launches, but 2 seconds later the button returns to "Play," and the launcher doesn't even launch.

- I don't have an antivirus.
- My graphics card is up to date.
- All my hardware is from 2024.
- I've reinstalled Stellaris four times and Steam twice.
- The only bug I have is Stellaris; all other software works normally.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Since 4.0.4 and 4.0.5, the game no longer launches.

Probably someone will get to you with a more official answer, but you can try this in the meantime

Stellaris's Paradox Launcher crashes upon game launch from Steam.

I've tried to repair files, re-installed the game itself and the issue remains the same. Simply cannot start the game. Some probably helpful info: * Did not buy Biogenesis; * Tried it with all mods removed, same result.
