The step in the Rubricator event chain which spawns the system with the rubricator spawned that system next to the system with the psionic entity leviathan, which should otherwise only be accesible via the nearby system's wormhole.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Rubricator system spawns next to psionic entity system. I do not know how this happens
