Toxic planet will not stop pinging with its stupid green circle when I dismiss the notification. I have had this issue in prior patches as well, and it does not like to work.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Get a toxic terraforming notification, and instead of opening the notification and clicking "confirm" just dismiss the notification by right clicking it. The ping will not disappear for in-game years and it's incredibly annoying, especially when you zoom out.
