UI Fflickering due to job inheritance (presumably) while selecting the 3rd civic.

i'm playing with a cybernetic creed build that comines death priests, dimensional worship and the cybernetic creed priests into one. hovering over a 3rd civic, that affects the job swapped type, flickers very quickly back and forth between the job swapped jobs. for example, here with efficient bureaucrats. only visible ingame, not on a screenshot
