Description
[v3.1.1](22a5) "Eminent Diplomats" tradition allows to exploit the AI for free ressources

Game Version
[v3.1.1](22a5)

What version do you use?
Steam

What expansions do you have installed?

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Fairly amused by the utter lack of foresight that must have lead to this bug:
"Eminent Diplomats" gives you an universal +5 to the acceptance of any deals proposed to AI empires.

This includes Trade Deals, where Diplomatic Acceptance is used to determine whether a deal is 'fair' or not.
With a static +5, this means you can repeatedly, infinitely, to all AI empires that don't have an innate -1000 to trade,
keep asking the AI for "-4 rated" trade deals, as in free gifts.

Screenshot provides one example. This means a player could exploit each AI empire on the map for similar deals EACH MONTH.

Obviously, it's an exploit, and a very micro-heavy at that, but figured I should mention it anyways.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Obtain "Eminent Diplomats" tradition.
Offer any (trade-able) AI empire a trade deal that would have -4 acceptance.

Reactions:
I mean - in most mp lobbies trading ressources with the ai is considered illegal anyway because of favortrading for free ressources. The difference now is that u dont even need favors anymore, making such exploits more difficult to detect.
