Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
You can trade Consumer Goods to Hivemind empires.
Hiveminds have zero use for Consumer Goods and usually cannot even see or trade them.
AI Hiveminds should never accept any trade that grants them Consumer Goods, or at the very least value them extremely low / zero.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Offer a trade deal containing consumer goods to a non-hostile Hivemind empire
