[v3.14.1] [a394] Ranchers from Primal Calling do not get bonus output based on vivarium capacity

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Ranchers from the Primal Calling origin are supposed to receive 0.3% bonus output per occupied vivarium capacity from Galactic Livestock, but do not receive any bonus at all even at nearly 200 vivarium capacity filled. The other part of Galactic Livestock does work though, I'm getting almost 20% research speed.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Take the Primal Calling origin, and take wranglers -> ranchers when offered. Fill the vivarium and look at rancher output. It may be bugged for other wrangler options as well, I haven't checked yet.
