Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Mousing over the "recommended DLC for this empire" icons, the tooltip popup is missing a string. Or rather, it's missing an English localization, I'm guessing.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Launch without the new DLC, select an empire, then mouse over the new DLC's icon.

I saw the patch notes for 3.7.3 (462f) mentioned some missing localization strings, so maybe that's already knocked it out.

(I can't actually verify the fix myself, as I bought the DLC just a little bit ago. If you own a given DLC then the "recommending such-and-such DLC" icon doesn't appear, even when the game was launched with that specific DLC disabled. No icon, no tooltip, but no biggie. Thank you for all that you do!)
