Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I chose the telepath tradition for main species but the telepathy trait was never applied to already hired leaders of main species; it was applied to leaders in the pool. When I applied a modified species template to a batch of Neo-Racket population the telepath trait was removed from and the cyborg trait was applied to all leaders of the main species, hired and in the pool.
The attacked game files autosave_2416.07.01 is before receiving the second batch of Neo-Racket pops; 2417.01.01 is after but before applying the species template.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Acquired Neo-Racket population from Caravaneers.
2. Modified their species template to remove most of their negative traits and applied it.
3. Later Caravaners offered a second batch of Neo-Racket population.
4. Applied the template to the second batch.
5. This removed the telepath trait from and added the cyborg trait to all leaders of my main species, hired and in the pool. The main species still has the telepath trait.
Once the Neo-Racket template is applied select a leader from the leader pool and all leaders in the pool will show the cyborg trait. Hired main species leaders will show the cyborg trait.
