(fleet3deal5product_tooltip) gives old information: +2 technician drone jobs and +5 amenities.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start the game as a gestalt empire and try to buy "Waste Reprocessing Center" building from "The Racket Industrial Enterprise", or just check the code and localization.
