Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
arm privateers Doesn't Work! If the operation is successful, there are no pirates! Checked with cheats several times

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1) start a privateer uprising operation
2) finish the operation
3) nothing is happening

I also have the same problem. No matter how many times I try it never works, not even on my second game.

never works, no matter if you try it as gestalt or Standard empire. The Operation Ends successful, but the Event window, which should spawn the privateers does not Pop up.
