When you build a Habitat in shows it being constructed just outside the star system.

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
It seems to be a Visual bug whilst the habitat is constructing (during the construction the habitat is bugged just outside the star system), as after its done it goes back to its original location what is next to the planet. Im not sure how long this bug has been around, i myself saw it on versions 3.1 to this one 3.2. i have a attached Screenshot of what it looks like

i don't know i asume it is just a small bug in the system.
