Synthetic Dawn, Utopia, Leviathans Story Pack, Apocalypse, Megacorp, Distant Stars, Ancient Relics, Lithoids, Federations, Nemesis

Do you have mods enabled?

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
- Initiated war to make Neighbor a subsidiary.
- War ran into 100% exhaustion for both of us without fully "liberating" my opponent
- Opponent forced white peace
- Opponent's empire was split in two:
- The occupied part was given my goverment type and ethics
- The non-occupied part (original empire) was made my subsidiary

I played the game onwards for a bit before reporting; so on the screenshots I've already allied the part that was not (but should have been) made my subsidiary to form a trade league.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Megacorp specific?

- initiate war with subsidiary goal
- occupy part of empire
- run to 100% exhausition on both sides without full occupation
- let opponent force peace
