Version 1.3 still crashes whenever you save, either manually or automatically. This is with CK2 2.6.2 running on Mac OS 10.12.

you are probably going to have to give more details, like start date, start character, does the crash happen immediately or after a certain number of years.
Also making sure you *deleted* previous version before installing the new one might me wise. IDK about AGOT but at Plus files get deleted or replaced between major releases.
I can't say it for khagler, but yesterday my game was automatically closing as soon as I hit the confirmation of saving. It didn't even actually saved, which was the worse part. That happened with any start.
My pc is not a Mac and today the game seems to be working without issue.
I'm not sure what solved the issue, but I deleted all mods I was using and reinstalled everything, including the base game, so it was probably something around that.

I'm using the Clash of Kings bookmark, playing as Daenerys. The crash happens any time I save (or the game saves automatically), regardless of when it is. I can get the crash by saving the moment the game loads, without even unpausing. I did indeed delete the previous version before installing.
I took one for the team to confirm if this solution works. I deleted, and reinstalled CK 2, along with all mods. After reinstalling both I was thankfully able to save again, still strange though.
