Still not able to replace Kingsguard

I made sure that the Iron Throne was my primary title. I was able to replace some kingsguard members but after a while I was not able to make the prompt appear.

Maybe it should be made a decision you can prompt manually instead of being automatic? It's very unreliable.

You can appoint Kingsguard through the personal interactions under diplomacy.

It's probable the primary title problem screws up the events permanently, but as vortex said you maybe able to use the personal interaction.
