Still unable to play with DLC 3 weeks after initial launch.

I have tried the d3dcompiler.dll fix, I have tried the KB4019990 fix too. Neither have worked. I tried to turn off ALL of my anti-virus software. That did not work either. I tried to run steam as an administrator. That did not work. I tried to run the launcher as an administrator whilst disconnected to the web. That did not work.

Three weeks since launch and I am still unable to play with the DLC I paid extra money to obtain.

I am very angry that we are at 1.03 now, with regards to hotfixes, and I am still unable to enjoy the entirety of a product I paid extra for.

I have google searched high and low, I have tried every fix I have discovered. I am still forced to play the game without DLC. I may as well have not even bought the stuff as all I have to show for it is a little widget on a forum account I am only now having to use because my product has not arrived as described.

Please. How do I play Imperator Rome with DLC? How do I get the product I paid for? How do I get the launcher to work?

And if they show in Steam, do they show in your game launcher DLC tab?

How do I get the launcher to work?

Do you mean the game's own launcher or the Paradox Client (launcher) alternative to Steam? Either way, what is wrong with it?
