StoneyRoad 803-can't get it to work

I've played Stoney's version for a very long time but i put up HOI for a bit and now would like to try all the new versions. I've got a clean version in with all updates including the 1.05b and tweakpacks. I've downloaded Stoney's 8.03 rev 8.06 eng/ger version and downloaded to prog/strategyfirst/hoi but when i try to run it I get an error:

critical error!
error in language file, token 'dippeace'
do you want to continue?

etc..etc... what have i done wrong??? any help would be GREATLY appreciated...

and dl the file: text.zip and unzip to hoi/stonyroad/config and yes to replace. that did it for me.
