Stony Road problem

OK, I wanted to install Stony Road with the auto-updater. Then I find out a new programme is together with the grafics package. It's called "PSSwitch.exe".

1. Is it possible to get rid of this screen/windowed mode programme without having to erase my whole game? My version is 1.3a + this 'Stony Road Updater' I dont need the 'window mode' thing!

2. Is it posssible to get rid of the problem by erasing the "PSSwitch.exe". It is in this file: Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron 2\ppswitch.exe

Nice if somebody can help me out here.
