Introduction


The year is 2003 United States and the Coalition have started their war against Iraq and Saddam Husseins administration.

Even though many nations supported the Coalition there were nations that didn't completely agree with this war and the true reasons behind it.

People's Republic of China was one of the biggest nations to disagree with the reasons of the Coalition but didn't bring it out until the death of Hu Jintao and several other cabinet members.

President Hu Jintao and several other members of the cabinet were on a flight back from USA when their plane exploded 20 kilometers out of the coast of South Korea. When the news reached Premier Wen Jiabao the goverment was allready arguing over the matter of electing the new president or would they let Wen Jiabao to get the office. The situation was chaotic until one well respected family took control and did something that no one had thought of doing in years.
The media called it a coup but the Premier called it a miracle.​

Prologue​

Sleeping Dragon

Zheng Haru woke up when the phone was ringing. She looked at the clock, it was 3 am. This was better be important or someone would suffer from distrupting her beauty sleep.

"Hello?" Haru answered.
"Miss Zheng?" a voice said back.
"Speaking" Haru said.
"Something big has happened, you better come to the Great Hall of the People right away" the voice said.
"What is going on?" Haru asked.
"Your father will explain everything to you" the voice said before it hung up.

She stod up and walked to the closet to change her clothes. She took out the white dress that she had used the last time she was in the Great Hall of the People. She quickly changed her clothes and made her way to the elevators. She was nervous, what could be so important that she had to go to Great Hall of the People in the middle of the night.

The elevator doors opened. Haru steped out and she was saw how a man dressed in black walked towards her.

"Miss, the car is waiting outside" the man said.
"Thank you Mr. Chan" Haru said.

Chan opened the car door and Haru steped inside. As the door closed the car started moving.

Prologue 2​

Operation Red Dragon

Haru raised the stepps to the Great Hall of the People. She saw an man waiting for her at the doors. "Miss Zheng, your father is waiting alongside with the party members" the man said. He was Xie Ku and old friend of her father. "Yes, what is this all about?" Haru asked. "Operation Red Dragon my dear, everything has been arranged" Xie Ku answered. They both made their way to the great hall and Xie Ku opened the door. "After you" he said. Haru stepped inside and was greeted by great applauses and cheers. She saw her father Zheng Nua standing in the speakers platform with her uncles and her brother Zheng Davis.

"May i present you the President of People's Republic of China, Zheng Haru" Nua announced. Everybody applauded when Haru rose to the speakers platform. "Father what is this?" She asked. "This my darling is a new beging for our nation, Operation Red Dragon is in motion" Nua answered. "Now go and speak to them, you are their leader" Nua continued. Haru stepped in front of the microphone but didn't know what to say.

Part 1

Overview of People's Republic of China.

After the President Zheng Haru's speech the new cabinet was formed.

Some of the former ministers were kept in office like Wen Jiabao, Kong Quan and Li Jinai but in order to preserve Zheng Haru in power some key positions were changed. Zheng Nua, Haru's father took over the Army as their Field Marshall and Chief of Staff naming his two brothers Zhengtu and Zheng Ying as head of the navy and head of the air force. Zheng Davis, Haru's younger brother was named as the Security Minister.

With Zheng Nua in the lead of the Army he made it possible to concentrate the technological development of China in to the favor of the armed forces and naval forces. This was done in order to overtake the naval and armed overpower of the United States.

Also all production was canceled and replaced. Zheng Haru wanted her new nation to be as effient as possible and she aproved the construction of factories and two nuclear reactors. Zheng Tu had his fingers in the planning too and requested a construction of naval bases.

Merging of two plans and big news

President Zheng Haru had proposed and approved a plan for the econonical growth of the People's Republic of China. Amongst the building of industrial factories and nuclear reactor the plan included building of hydroplants.

But what she didn't know that her father and her uncles had developed a naval plan called Zheng He plan. This plan was part of the military build up of China and with this plan China would soon compete with USA's naval supremacy.

After debating with her father about the benefits and costs of this plan Zheng Haru decided to approve this plan as part of her economical growth plans.

In June 5th, the global news agencies were reporting only from a one news, the news about USA and Coalition taking over Iraq.

The goverment of USA had taken control over the Iraqi territories and arrested the goverment. It was all so heard that Kuwait had been given her own goverment of course strictly under the watch of USA.

The researchers in Sinopec and China North Industries Group reported good news about completing their researchs. President Haru was pleased to know that her people would now get better food and Chief of Staff Field Marshal Zheng Nuan was more than happy to know that his armies were getting better equipments.

Clearing the house and building a new one

In August the first of the construction works were done and the cabinet was celebrating but only few knew that also the nuclear reactor had been built.Only few keymembers like President Haru, Chief of Staff Nua and Security Chief Davis knew this as Zheng Haru was a very suspicious woman she herself was a former spy and she didn't want that Russia, USA or European Union would know about them building nuclear reactors.

Haru's suspicious nature came out when she ordered the cleaning of their goverment from suspicious people and spies. Some of them were spies and some of them were innocent.

More research facilities like China State Shipbuilding Corp and Lenovo announced their succes in new technologies.

In secret from the cabinet Field Marshall Zheng Nua trained his own Special Forces for the protection the nation.

News were once again turned into Iraq as the Iraqiis were still fighting back.
