Why have egypt, a muslim country with arabic provinces, a georgian culture? Why is there no Mamelux any more? And where did the Shiite provinces go? Or was Mamelux the Shiite country with sunni provinces? Who knows...

They were never Shia it's Paradox way of giving them some hits due to wrong culture being the rulers.

Lol no? The Mameluks were far from accepted by the population as countrymen while in Denmark the regents were accepted as being Danish.

in the mod in which it was implemented it was made in order to not let them convert everything to shia by 1500 if i remember right
