Strange event Message: unrest.155.name

I have no idea how I triggered it, but the headline was: "unrest.155.name" in the text window it said: "unrest.155.desc" and I was able to reply with: "unrest.155.a" hopefully you will be able to make sense of the lines of code. I'm playing via PS4, on the current version, and all the DLC's including C6 portrait, is it replicable? No idea, I don't even know how I triggered it, but may have something to do with a wiped pre FTL civ.

Update: No it has something to do with radicalised slaves, I'm also afraid that the modifier won't go away because the timer is missing there too
