Strange Production Slider Behavior

I hope you can help with this...

My production sliders are always totalling up to more than my maximum IC level i.e. as germany current ic - 316 max ic - 316 but my sliders are allowing me to go well over this.

This problem was not there when i first installed but i have altered some db files - so, thinking this may be the problem i have deleted and re-installed - problem still there

I have also reinstalled without 1.01 - problem still there...

Any ideas guys???

I don't think the total amount for supplies is actual IC units. This is in supply units, so 1 IC may equal 4 supplies or something like that.
