strange US admirals

hi all,

noticed that there are a couple of strange admirals in the us navy (dd 1.3a, core 0.31):

- rear admiral withers (skill 2, winter specialist, fortress buster, sea wolf)
- admiral stark (skill 3, logistics wizard)
- vice admiral reichmuth (skill 2, logistics wizard)

seems a little odd..........

err, am I the only one experiencing this?

could one of the core developers comment on it (whether it is a known bug or a glitch in my install)?

It is a known bug - though it comes from vanilla, not CORE specifically.
