How does one deal with the BBB in CK? I got to about 1150 as Dauphiné Viennois -> Kingdom of Burgundy, and then France decided it wanted to start taking some of my richest provinces (came after me with claims on Dauphiné Viennois, Savoie, Aargau, and Cagliari).
