I am new to HOI (2 games) and have a few questions regarding how the games works and strategy in the single player game for a German player:
1) How should your line look on an inactive front? Such as how many units should be in each frontline area, how many units on a coastal beach, do you need units protecting ports or other rear areas? The key to this question is what is adequate defense line without wasting resources. Please add notes if different for West, East, South, North lines for German player.
2) What about defensive line of fighter planes. Do they have a range and can be stationed every other area or something, or must they be stationed in every area along line? Do they auto intercept adjacent areas?
