Stratgey Pack - EU2 Asia Chapters

I seem to have the same problems as everyone else that bought that Strategy Pack. My EU2Asia CTD's when using the trade screen. The religion tolerance is out of wack, and I can't set it while it seems to just change itself.

Does anyone know if the EU 2 1.08 patch link at Typhoon games works with the EU 2 Asia Chapters from the Strategy Pack, and will it fix my problem?

For the EU 2 from the Strategy Pack, it'll just CTD for no reason. Pretty much unplayable unless I save every 3 months of gameplay or so. Anyone else having this problem? I did rename the AVI folder to AVI_back, and check for new drivers and all. Still not helping.

the 1.08 patch is for regular EU2.
Your other questions on EU2AC have been asked in the appropriate threads.
Lets look at your EU2.
I assume you are on 1.08?

Please run a DirectX Diagnostic:
Start menu –Run - then type Dxdiag, then select each tab across the top of the window, and run the tests on each tab. Then select “Save All Information” button in the lower right of the window. This will bring up a dialog box to allow you to select a name for the file where the information will be saved. You can save it right on the desktop as this will make it easy to find. Then copy the contents of that file from the start to the heading that says “DirectX components” then paste what you have copied into a post in this thread.

I see you asking other posters if they have switched to 16-bit. What is that referring to? Is that an option in the game or within Windows itself?

16Bit is a color depth setting and is done in windows.
It is located right beside where you change screen resolution.

Ah, okay, that's what I figured. I already did what you advised but I was still getting same problems of crashes.

Then I downloaded AGCEEP and I have no problems now. Very stable now. Does anyone have an idea why?
