Summary​

Strife doesn't decay when no longer regent

Description​

I was regent and generated strife. My liege lost the title in acquiescing to a faction demand, which made me no longer regent. Strife has not decayed even though it's been years since I was regent.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Become regent and generate strife.
2. Have liege lose title by acquiescing to a faction demand
3. Play one year and see strife doesn't decay

Actually, I do not see strife ticking down at all! I would have expected for the strife I generate to tick down as time passes while still in the regency, but that does not seem to be the case.
 
I have also noticed that strife also carries into my fellow duke-level vassals if I overthrow my ducal liege as a count, and also doesn't go down even though. the text says it should (only resets when ruler dies).

For instance, I was a count in the HRE under a Duke. As my Duke's Regent, I collected a bunch of strife. After I overthrew my Duke, I noticed all the HRE's vassals had strife opinion malus towards me, even though I'd never served as the HRE Regent.

Also noticed this issue, was stuck at 92 strife till my ruler passed away. When my heir succeeded them, the 32 strife they generated while they were my regent was showing up as a malus to fellow vassals for some reason, and also not going down.
